Return Policy Overview

At Maric Autoparts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund.

Original Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Full Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Return Process

Contact Us

Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. You'll need your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email.

Package Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns department using the provided shipping instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned

Electrical components that have been installed or had their packaging opened

Special order items that were custom manufactured or ordered specifically for you

Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page

Software, digital products, or downloadable content that has been accessed

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Refund Options

Original Payment Method

The default refund option is to return funds to your original payment method (credit card, M-Pesa, PayPal, etc.).

Store Credit

You can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we can exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim more quickly.

Return Shipping

Customer Returns

For standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Our Error or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect item due to our error or if the item is defective, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for pickup at our expense.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items. Please contact us before returning any international orders.
