What's Covered
Parts that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

Parts that don't fit the specified vehicle application when purchased using our vehicle selector.
Parts with structural or material flaws that affect functionality or safety.
What's Not Covered
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification
Normal wear and tear or parts that have exceeded their service life
Damage from accidents, collisions, or environmental factors (rust, corrosion, etc.)
Consequential damages or costs (towing, labor, vehicle rental, etc.) unless specifically covered
Parts used in racing, competition, or commercial applications unless specifically approved
Parts installed on vehicles other than those specified in the application guide
Warranty Claim Process
1. Contact Customer Service
Contact our customer service team within the warranty period to report the issue. You'll need your order number, product details, and a description of the problem.
2. Provide Documentation
Submit your proof of purchase and photos or videos showing the defect. For certain claims, we may request additional information about the vehicle and installation.
3. Claim Evaluation
Our technical team will evaluate your claim based on the information provided. In some cases, we may request that the part be returned for inspection.
4. Claim Resolution
If your claim is approved, we'll provide a replacement part, issue a refund, or offer store credit, depending on the circumstances and your preference.
