Free Shipping on Orders Over KES 10,000

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over KES 10,000 within Kenya. International orders over KES 30,000 receive a 50% discount on standard shipping rates.

Customs & Import Duties

Tracking & Delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery during normal business hours. For residential deliveries, someone must be present to receive and sign for the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you're not available to receive your delivery, our courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package. After three failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
